UK EV Charging Network Expands as Arnold Clark Charge and Radius Partnership Takes Effect
Arnold Clark Charge, the electric vehicle charging brand under UK automotive retailer Arnold Clark, officially partnered with the Radius charging network on July 31, 2026. Approximately 500,000 Radius users will gain direct access to Arnold Clark Charge’s network of over 400 chargers installed across 60 locations throughout the UK. Most of these chargers support 150 kW ultra-fast charging, significantly improving the accessibility and efficiency of the UK’s EV charging infrastructure.
Scale and Technical Advantages of the Arnold Clark Charge Network
Arnold Clark was founded in 1954 and initially operated as a car dealership before entering the public EV charging market in 2024 with the launch of Arnold Clark Charge. By the end of July 2026, the brand had deployed over 400 chargers across 60 locations in the UK, with the majority offering 150 kW output, enabling rapid charging for electric vehicles. Many of these charging stations are situated at Arnold Clark dealerships, providing well-equipped parking and service facilities.
Radius is a leading UK fuel and charging network service provider with approximately 500,000 subscribers, primarily serving fleet operators and individual EV drivers. Through this partnership, Radius users will seamlessly access Arnold Clark Charge’s charging infrastructure, expanding their charging options.
Executives Highlight Benefits of the Partnership
Pablo Levi, Group Sustainability Manager at Arnold Clark, stated that the collaboration with Radius will extend Arnold Clark Charge’s services to more fleet operators and EV drivers while maintaining a high-quality charging experience.
