Monthly Revenue Hits Record High, First-Half Profits Surpass Full-Year 2025

Wanshih achieved a record monthly revenue of NT$231 million in July 2026, marking a historic high and the third consecutive month with revenue exceeding NT$200 million. In the second quarter, energy storage products contributed 36% of total revenue, while aerospace control products accounted for 15%, optimizing the company’s revenue structure. For the first half of the year, consolidated revenue reached NT$1.212 billion, a 49% year-on-year increase, with net profit attributable to the parent company at NT$34.12 million and earnings per share (EPS) of NT$0.42, surpassing the full-year 2025 profit performance.

Wanshih’s second-quarter consolidated revenue hit NT$648 million, the highest in nearly a decade, with a gross margin of 22%. Net profit after tax was NT$22.54 million, with EPS of NT$0.27, representing an 80% quarter-on-quarter growth. The company attributed the profit growth to expanded revenue scale and an increased share of high-margin products. The continued volume growth of energy storage and aerospace control products further improved overall gross margin performance.

Overseas Expansion Strengthens Supply Chain Resilience

To adapt to evolving global market demands, Wanshih has actively expanded its overseas supply chain in recent years. The company has established a comprehensive overseas production and service network through its subsidiary in Thailand and operations in Silicon Valley and Colorado, U.S. Wanshih emphasized that the overseas expansion not only helps mitigate risks from reliance on a single market but also enables faster responses to customer needs, enhancing overall competitiveness.

In terms of product strategy, Wanshih continues to deepen its core businesses, including energy storage, aerospace control, and high-speed wire materials. Demand for energy storage products primarily comes from markets in Australia and the UK, while aerospace control products are applied in high-end manufacturing sectors. The company expects that as the third quarter enters the traditional peak season, shipments of its main products will further increase, driving continued revenue growth.

Analysts anticipate that Wanshih’s third-quarter performance will maintain its growth momentum, benefiting from the expansion of energy storage and aerospace control businesses, as well as a higher proportion of high-margin products. However, market demand fluctuations and geopolitical risks remain potential variables affecting operational performance. Wanshih stated that it will continue to optimize its product portfolio and strengthen supply chain flexibility through overseas expansion to address external environmental changes.

Simultaneous Capacity Expansion and Technological Upgrades

Wanshih plans to continue expanding the production capacity of its energy storage and aerospace control products in the second half of 2026 while accelerating technological upgrades for high-speed wire materials. The company noted that through product portfolio adjustments and process optimization, it aims to further improve gross margin levels. Low-earth orbit satellite products have entered mass production, though the company did not disclose specific shipment volumes or customer details.

In terms of profitability, Wanshih’s first-half net profit already surpassed its full-year 2025 performance, indicating continuous improvement in operational efficiency. The company stressed that it will remain focused on developing high-value-added products and strengthening its global market presence through overseas operations to ensure long-term growth momentum. Despite uncertainties in the external environment, Wanshih maintains a cautiously optimistic outlook for its second-half performance.
