Schneider Electric Canada announced on August 11 a reorganization of its commercial leadership structure, expanding the authority of two senior executives to integrate national sales and marketing resources in response to the demands of energy transition and digitalization. The restructuring aims to enhance internal collaboration, improve customer service efficiency, and accelerate the advancement of sustainability goals.
Shaun MacGarvie has been promoted to Vice President of National Sales, tasked with unifying the management of contractor, end-user, and channel sales teams to establish a single national sales organization. Schneider Electric Canada stated that this move will streamline cross-regional collaboration processes and ensure consistency in customer service. Meanwhile, Sophie Chadefaud has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, with her responsibilities expanded to include marketing strategy, partner engagement, sales enablement, and e-commerce to strengthen digital interaction and commercial execution capabilities.
