First-Time Entry Yields Dual Awards with Only 30% Win Rate
Clouded Leopard Energy won both the 'Asia’s Best Employer Award' and the 'Sustainable Workplace Award' in its debut participation in HR Asia’s annual evaluation. In 2026, a total of 330 companies from Taiwan entered the competition, with only 97 emerging as winners, reflecting a win rate of less than 30% and underscoring the rigor and intensity of the selection process.
The HR Asia’s Best Employer Awards, organized by HR Asia magazine, employ an anonymous employee survey to assess organizations across multiple dimensions, including organizational culture, employee engagement, and team identification. Clouded Leopard Energy earned an average score of 4.65 out of 5 for its workplace sustainability initiatives, approximately 17% higher than the Asian market average. Employees rated the company’s efforts in promoting energy conservation, waste reduction, and renewable energy investments at 4.81, about 22% above the market average. The company also received a high score of 4.67 for integrating social responsibility into its business operations.
CEO: Talent is the Cornerstone of Energy Transition
