Co-organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and SEMI’s Green Energy and Sustainability Alliance (GESA), the 'Taiwan International Net-Zero Sustainability Exhibition' and 'Taiwan International Smart Energy Week' will be held from October 14 to 16, 2026, at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1. As Taiwan’s largest professional exhibitions for net-zero and renewable energy, the events will bring together the latest global decarbonization technologies, energy solutions, and industry trends, providing businesses with a critical platform for international collaboration and market expansion. Net-Zero Sustainability Exhibition Focuses on Corporate Transformation to Address International Decarbonization Regulations
The 'Taiwan International Net-Zero Sustainability Exhibition' will highlight core technologies and services essential for corporate net-zero transformation, including strategies for complying with the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), carbon management and applications, green electricity trading, green finance, and the circular economy. A report released by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in April 2026 found that an increasing number of companies are incorporating decarbonization into operational decisions and long-term development plans. In response, this year’s exhibition will strengthen one-stop solutions to help businesses meet increasingly stringent international decarbonization requirements.
During the exhibition, the 'Net-Zero in Action Forum' will focus on five key topics: international sustainable finance, supply chain standard upgrades, AI computing power demand, energy restructuring, and carbon data governance. The 'Solar Photovoltaic' and 'Wind Energy' zones will display key components, system integration, and testing and verification technologies. The 'Smart Energy Storage Applications' zone will focus on energy storage systems and solutions, while the 'Diverse Energy Sources' zone will showcase emerging technologies such as hydrogen energy, geothermal energy, small hydropower, marine energy, and biomass energy, reflecting Taiwan’s trend toward energy diversification.
With the rapid development of AI applications, global electricity demand continues to rise, making energy transition a critical issue for countries seeking to enhance power supply resilience and industrial competitiveness. Organizers noted that this year’s exhibition will comprehensively present the upstream and downstream development of the renewable energy industry chain, covering equipment materials, operation and maintenance management, and talent development, providing businesses with all-encompassing energy solutions.
